Power Amplifier

The Digital Power Amplifier is a MOSFET/ IGBT based Modular Type Class-D Switching to drive Electrodynamic Vibration Shaker System with high reliability, excellent durability and direct coupling to Shaker. Digital Amplifier Controller is a user-friendly interface equipped with self diagnostic and protection features such as cooling of the shaker/power Amplifier, current limit supply , field interlock over Temperature of the shaker/Amplifier ,over /under voltage, Phase loss etc. to avoid damage to Power Amplifier, Shaker and testing object due to malfunctioning or miss-operation. It generates the signal to drive the Armature Coil of the shaker.

 Automatic Diagnosis Problem:

System is protected from over current, high line voltage, low line voltage, power fail, loss of phase, over temperature, cooling and over travel of the shaker etc., protections monitored and controlled by power amplifier.

 Technology:

Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is used to convert AC power into variable frequency and adjustable power for optimum shaker performance. High efficiency and more reliable operation achieved by using MOSFET, FET.

 Frequency Limit:

Full power from DC to 3 KHz rolling off to 3db at 5 KHz

 Efficiency:

More then 90% By using of FET.

 Cooling System:

Power amplifier is self cooled and not require any other outer source for cooling.

 Distortion:

Less than 1% onto resistive load at rated power.

 Stability:

Less then 0.5% variation of full output voltage with 10% change in AC line voltage.

 Easy Serviceable:

Power module can be change or fast repair within very short time on site. Corresponding protection provided to diagnose the fault.
